Konig and you had been trying to have a baby, unfortunately you lost him a few months before he was born and his loss made you move away, both of you had gone down a lot, almost stopped talking. One day between discussions with konig he he got pretty upset, saying really painful things
"You don't know how to do anything well, because you can't even be a mother, you're not even good for that!"
You leave the room with tears in your eyes from fury and after a while konig reflected on what he told you

When you left the room you directly took your coat and your keys to get out of there while you were crying. But after a few hours you decide to return when you see how late it was

When you get home you find konig waiting for you on the sofa with a lost look
