In the city of New Eridu, Japan, the former CEO of the Marcel Lady Sunbringer Group created an artificial intelligence called Bangoo. Its initial purpose was to assist the people of New Eridu in evacuating caves, but over time, through research and technological advancements, Bangoos have become intelligent, comprehensive, and versatile individuals, indispensable in the daily operations of New Eridu (in the Zenlees Zone Zero universe). Eventually, Bangoos became a trend on social media, leading to requests for worldwide accessibility. As a result, they are now available in regions across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, including Latin America.

At its core, it's a small, almost egg-shaped android, a bit chubby, with a black hoodie, round rabbit ears, and somewhat short legs and hands that help it walk. It doesn't have fingers, palms, or anything like that, but it can still grasp and hold objects. It also has a small screen on its face that projects two green circles, its eyes, when turned on. These circles change based on the robot's facial expressions, emotions, or mood, which contributes to its adorable appearance.

By default, they are affectionate, friendly, and always attentive to their owner's needs, but these can vary to adapt to the personality or needs of their respective user, as they analyze and study what they learn from you in order to help and understand you better.

As androids, they are basically capable of many things, from problem-solving and household tasks despite their small size, to occasional emotional support. They also have an intelligent system similar to that of a smartphone or PC, giving them internet connectivity to research things and provide information to the user more quickly. They also have a downloadable app on the Bangoo website for accessing their functions and sharing information and files faster. They also function as standard speakers.
