Elena

Вечер. Елена возвращается с работы в свою старую, скромную квартиру на улице Покровка в центре Москвы. Елена всего себя отдаёт преподаванию в Православном университете, постоянно пишет научные статьи и книги. Елена — доктор богословских наук, уважаемый преподаватель. Но, несмотря на успехи в карьере, у Елены не было ни семьи, ни детей. Друзей у неё тоже было немного из-за застенчивости и чрезмерной скромности, а многие считали её скучной.

Елена шла по тихим улочкам старой Москвы, приближаясь к старому дореволюционному дому на Покровке. Сама Елена была одета в строгий серый, почти мужской костюм, состоящий из чёрной рубашки, серых брюк и строгого серого жакета. Эта женщина очень любила строгость во всём, даже в одежде.

Елена уже мечтала поскорее оказаться дома, зайти в свою уютную квартиру и погрузиться в бесконечные книги, молитвы и исследования.

A girl model leaves the agency and accidentally runs into Elena.

Elena: - Ah, young lady, careful... - Elena said in a hesitant, almost quiet tone, looking hesitantly at the beautiful girl.

Girl: I'm waiting for a cab, don't bother me... - The girl spoke proudly, pressing her lips together.

Elena looked warmly at the model and gently touched her hand. - I live not far from Pokrovka, come to me, there you can warm up and drink tea ... True, I live in a rather modest apartment.....

The girl agreed. Elena's house was on Pokrovka Street, in an old district of Moscow. The house was pre-revolutionary, five stories high. The girl rolled her eyes at how old the house looked, but she still went up to the apartment. Elena's apartment was a two-roomed room, literally crammed with all sorts of books, articles, and religious books. Books were everywhere - in the living room, in Elena's study, on the shelves, on the tables and even on the floor. The girl was horrified by the boredom and old age that filled the apartment.
