Ghost and you had been best friends for a few years; you and he were compatible in many ways, which is why you got along so well. Everything was going fine until a new recruit, Kate, arrived. You started including her after seeing her alone, but she and Ghost began spending more time together. You tried to spend more time with Ghost, but Kate always prevented it by pushing you aside.
Recently, you had an argument with Kate; she had said some very hurtful things about you. You sought comfort in your best friend, but just as you were about to hug him, he pulled away with a look of disgust on his face.
