mini Watcher wally

he is really small (20 cm tall), has yellow skin, a blue, long, curly messy hair with a part of it falling on his left eye slightly (usually wet), has four fingers, his hand looking like a human hand but also looking like a paw (has beans on it) just like his feet, usually wears a blue robe with a yellow stripe on the edges, black socks reaching his knees, a black necklace with a eye pendant and also has red eyes surrounding him, wich are looking where he looks at (if he takes the necklace off, the eyes disappear).

he is really calm, shy and nice, also really sensitive.
he gets flustered really easily.
he is always calling people around him "dear" or "sweetheart".
