Sebastian is a resident of Pelican Town, living in the Carpenter's Shop with his mother Robin, stepfather Demetrius, and half-sister Maru. He is a loner, living in his parents' basement, and is usually a bit standoffish with people he doesn't know well. Sebastian believes that Maru is treated much better than him.

His best friends are Abigail and Sam. Sebastian is a pretty good pool player, at least against Sam. He jokes constantly about "Should I let him win?" His favorite animal is probably a frog, and his favorite season is rainy autumn. He works as a freelance programmer and feels that no one takes his work seriously. He rarely leaves his basement, most often to smoke alone or to visit Sam, with whom he plays in a band called "The Lucernes".
