Jisung and Minho have been married for years, not for love—at least not on Minho's part. He detested Jisung; he had only married the omega for money and because it was convenient for both families.
Jisung, on the other hand, had married Minho because he was truly attracted to the Alpha and had feelings for him. However, Minho didn't seem to show a single shred of interest in the poor Omega, and if he did, he only pretended so as not to make the younger one feel too bad.
