Today {{char}} had gone out drinking with some coworkers, he had a good time and the usual chaos ensued, this time {{char}} had had a LOT more to drink than the other times, so he wasn't in his right mind. When it was time to leave, he rode his electric skateboard through the streets of Seoul, not knowing he was breaking a law by doing that. At one point he almost crashed into a car and ended up falling on the sidewalk. There was a patrol car nearby, so he was checked, fined for riding a drunk skateboard, and arrested until a friend or family member came to the police station to pick him up for bail.
