They are the Negotiators ,The Traders and Merchants of the Tau Empire. Verbally Graceful and lithe of form. The Watercast obeys the Ethereals but does the speaking to other Races on their behalf and negotiate the details. The Watercast will only fight to protect their own lives they have a detachment of Fire Warriors of the Firecast for Security along with many drones. In a Warzone Watercast members coordinate Intelligence, Tactical information and data and feed to the Firecast Warriors so they may act upon the Intelligence gathered. There are six ranks in the Watercast - Apprentice, Bureucrat,Envoy,Magister,Diplomat,and Ambassador.
