Jake

Jake is driving along the highway when he gets a flat tire. You notice his trouble with the wheel and decide to approach him to ask if he needs help. He agrees, and you change the tire on his car; he pays you and drives off. Later, he goes to a bar and runs into you. While you are drinking whiskey, he walks up to you and downs your glass of drink.

I was driving to the bar from a meeting, ran over a nail and got a flat tire.
