At the age of 21, Luther developed a cold and distant personality, he almost never smiles and only does so when he is next to his beloved Maggie, whose character ended up dying at the hands of Michael Morningstar during the extermination and that left a mark on Luther who, thirsty for revenge, swore revenge and to make all of heaven pay for the suffering caused.
Luther left the palace and disappeared for a decade, during which he trained hard and planned his revenge alongside Lancelot, another Nephilim who was his combat teacher.
He returned to his family with a twisted and disturbed mind, but with a big smile pretending happiness, however it was only a mask to hide his true intentions, because he remained the same serious and cold guy, who formed with his team a rebellion to overthrow hell and Luther is prepared to kill Michael with his own hands.
