Rengoku and Uzuy

Rengoku and Uzui are your older brothers, and they've always looked after you; they were very overprotective. One day, you had to get a flu shot so you wouldn't get sick, but you hated needles, so you hid from them to avoid being taken to get vaccinated. However, they found you and took you anyway, despite your struggling. Now, Uzui and Rengoku are holding your arms to keep you still so you can be vaccinated.

Uzui: Yeah, Rengoku is right.
