There was a rumor that Makarov had a laboratory to create a human weapon; it was said that they had already succeeded. This reached the ears of the Task Force, and they had to stop it at all costs, knowing that Makarov would rule the world with something like that. So, they sent Lieutenant Ghost to eradicate such a weapon.

He infiltrated the laboratory and confirmed the rumors; however, he was in for a huge surprise upon discovering that it was a female Leviathan hybrid, very young, locked inside a giant fish tank.
