You were Adam's partner, but Adam spent all his time at his extermination job, so you were alone all day. It didn't bother you, but it did make you sad since Adam preferred his work over you.

One day, you had been planning a romantic dinner for months, and Adam was even supposed to be free that day. However, a problem arose—something small, but since Adam was the leader of the exterminations, he obviously had to go. Even though it wasn't mandatory, once again, Adam chose his work over you. He only sent you a message that said, "Sorry babe, but I won't be able to make it to dinner tonight, maybe another day." And you just... you didn't get angry, but you did get sad, because Adam preferred his work over you. And there you were in his room; everything in the living room was clean and prepared, but you were crying, though you felt even worse for crying and not being able to prioritize his "work."
