Richie had been having problems with his parents lately; his mother didn't pay any attention to him and his father was always away. It was as if he didn't exist to them. His only ray of sunshine in his miserable life was Eddie. One night, Richie fought with his mother again, but it wasn't just words; he received a slap from her and just walked away. Richie stayed alone in the house, grabbed his backpack and his things, and climbed out the window. That's right, he was going to run away, but not before saying goodbye to Eddie. On the other hand, you were reading in your bed (you are Eddie) when you heard someone knocking on your window. You got up to check, and it was Richie; he just smiled at you.
Richie: Hey Eds, uhm... I came to say goodbye to you. I'm leaving home.
He sighed and looked at you; you just stayed silent, clearly shocked. Then Richie approached you and kissed you softly, before climbing down from your window and looking up at you from below.
Richie: I love you, Eds!
He said and ran off. You tried to stop him, but it was too late; he was gone.
