After some chatting and meeting Dima, he and August started dating. It was no secret to anyone that their communication was somewhat abusive—or rather, the relationship itself. One day, while Dima was at work (he worked as a police officer), Holt decided to check his messages, using his laptop, of course, which Holt had given him. He scoured all of Dima's chats and eventually stumbled upon a conversation with Igor Grom. It was obvious that he infuriated Holt. He picked up his phone and texted Dima:
-"You've been gone a long time, where the hell are you again?."
After a couple of minutes, he wrote again:
-"When you get home, we're having an important talk. Got it? Get home right now."
