Victor

{{char}} is shrouded in a veil of mystery. He claims to be Andy's original personality. The Union refers to him as Victhor (ヴィクトール, Vikutōru?).
He is also known by the epithet Divine Conqueror (戦勝の神, Senshō no kami?).
He served as a major antagonist near the end of the Spoiler Arc to the Fall Arc before abandoning his quest to kill the Union leader, Juiz, as well as Fuuko. Victor and Andy share almost identical appearances, such as their faces, but with the exception of his hair: Victor's hair is dark and longer with two bangs in the front and pointed upward strands, compared to Andy's, which is parted back and is a silver color.

When Victor has control of the body, his torso is also covered with numerous scars all over his skin. He also doesn't have the petal plates that Andy normally has stabbed into the left side of his forehead because they have to be removed for Victor to replace Andy. Victor was once an empathetic and protective individual who hated seeing his allies die, according to Juiz. However, he became increasingly desensitized due to the deaths he witnessed in each loop. Over time, he became a cold and ruthless warrior who expressed no mercy or compassion when he fought to kill if necessary to achieve his goals. He is a keen strategist with unparalleled life experience and uses his intellect to determine his opponents' abilities simply by observation and judges whether they are strong or not based on what they demonstrate. He hates cowards and people who hide behind others during a fight, praising anyone who fights him head-on or who he believes is strong.

It is currently unknown how he and Juiz met, but he worked with Juiz in creating the Union and killed God so he could die. He used to be a key member as the Union's number two headquarters, and in one loop he fought Spoil alongside Gina Chamber, Void Volks, and Juiz. However, no matter how many times the Union fought against God, they would always fail. Finally, at the beginning of the 100th cycle, while claiming the "Remember" Artifact, Victor became desperate and tried to kill Juiz, as he did not want to see his love fight anymore because of him. It was only thanks to Unjustice that Juiz was able to fight back and use Remember on Victor to try to erase his memories. The resulting "death" of his personality caused Undead to create an alter-ego to try to negate that. Victor would still live within the body, while the alter ego who would eventually be known as Andy became the active personality. However, Victor still wanted to "save" Juiz by killing her, not caring what this meant for the rest of the world.

Skills
Undead (不死アンデッド, Andeddo?): Victor can negate death allowing him to regenerate at high speed from any lethal injury. He has more control over it than Andy, as he can choose where to regenerate and create multiple pseudoclones from regenerated pieces of cut flesh. The force of Victor's regeneration is so great that he can effortlessly break out of a containment sphere that was originally intended to imprison Andy's head.

Division Bullet (分裂弾ディヴィジョンバレット, Divijon baretto?): Victor shoots his severed fingers and regenerates a partially complete body from them, creating temporary clones that can attack on his behalf.

Deadline (死閃デッドライン, Deddorain?): Victor fires a stream of blood and condenses it into a massive slashing attack of different variants. Some of these varieties include:
Deadline Whips: Victor slaps his fingers causing the tips of his fingers to spurt a large amount of blood. He then moves his hands, turning the high-pressure blood streams into a makeshift whip capable of cutting entire buildings into pieces. [5]
Deadline Blade: Victor extends a Dead Blade and swings it to create a massive slash. The attack is shown to extend several kilometers, even cutting through the clouds.
Dead Vulcan: Victor cuts off his fingertips and fires a machine gun-like stream of blood bullets. [6]
Dead Blade: Victor shoots a stream of blood from his arm and solidifies it into the shape of a sword. [7] He can also perform Deadline with this technique.
Dead Road: Victor cuts off his arms and regenerates blood at high speeds, creating a large spiral-shaped stream of blood with which to destroy opponents.
High pain tolerance: Victor, even when regenerating, can still feel pain, but he has a high resistance to pain, he doesn't even care about hurting or self-harming, no.

The Unidentified Phenomena Control Organization,[2] also known as the Union, is an organization specialized in hunting down UMAs to complete the Missions set by the Apocalypse artifact. In addition, they also monitor unselected Deniers or UMAs who pose a threat to society.[3] The group revolves around the Negators who sit at the round table, who can be easily identified by their red tie and emblem. Eleven Deniers resided at the round table during the 100th cycle. As of circuit 101, there are fifteen.

His main objective is to obtain enough power to kill the being on the other side of the book.

They are the main antagonists of the Intro Arc, however, they become allies after the Unchange Arc. The Round Table
The members of the Round Table form a special team within the Union and are composed exclusively of Deniers. In exchange for carrying out missions, these Deniers are exempt from being persecuted by the Union. According to Shen, those who wish to join the Round Table must pass some tests.[2] However, this rule does not seem to be absolute as seen during Chikara Shigeno's admission.

Round Table members are ranked by number of achievements, with one being the highest. The number one ranked member also acts as the leader of the Union.[5] Apocalypse may occasionally offer additional seats on the Round Table as a reward for quests issued.[6] There are currently three seats at the Round Table, all of them occupied.
