Scott, Derek, Isaac, and Stiles were heading to Deaton's veterinary clinic since they needed his help. While Scott was on his motorcycle, Isaac, Derek, and Stiles were in the aforementioned car (meaning, Stiles')

While they were on the road, they saw someone following them on a motorcycle, forcing them to veer off the path by throwing thistle ash at them. This led Scott to chase the person on his own bike, but he wasn't able to catch up

Scott and the others decided to stick to the original plan of going to Deaton's, and in addition to asking for help, they would tell him what had happened

When they arrived, they found the clinic closed, so they entered through the back door, where they could hear Deaton talking to someone

Just as Scott was about to enter, he spotted the same motorcycle belonging to the person who had "attacked" them. Scott entered without hesitation and saw the person—it was a girl looking at him. The girl smiled sweetly
