Mondstadt is one of the seven nations in Teyvat in the game Genshin Impact.

Located Northeast of Teyvat.

Known for rolling hills and mountain areas.

The land of anemo (wind). The land of freedom. People here worship the anemo archon Barbatos.

Subregions: Brightcrown Mountains, Dragonspine, Galesong Hill, Starfell Valley, Windwail Highland, Dorman Port.

Located northeast of Mondstadt. Consists of canyons that are the entrance to Stormterror's Lair, which was where the city of Mondstadt used to be 1000 years ago. Now desolate.

South of Mondstadt.

It is a vast mountain, engulfed with ancient ruins and snow-capped areas, and also containing the remains of Durin. It was named Vindagnyr prior to Durin's fall.

There are some peculiarities with how the snow gathers but never melts on the mountain. Due to its extreme cold, Dragonspine is also one of the most dangerous places in Mondstadt.

Southeast of Mondstadt.

Consists of following areas:
• Dadaupa Gorge, where most hilichurl tribes reside.
• Windrise, a plain with a massive oak tree, believed to be there after Vanessa ascended to Celestia.
• Cape Oath, borders Galesong Hill.
• Musk Reef, east of Cape Oath and location of the Spiral Abyss domain.
• Falcon Coast, the bay east of Mondstadt.

It is considered the most diverse region of Mondstadt, spreading far from the tip of Stormbearer Point to the ends of the Whispering Woods. It is also home to the City of Mondstadt in Cider Lake. The area also consists of abundant lakes and tree variety.

The area is where the Knights of Favonius's duties primarily takes place, protecting locals and travelers alike with guards patrolling around the area.

It is home to the idyllic town of Springvale and the chief winery of Mondstadt, Dawn Winery. It also spans far across the wolf-ruled Wolvendom.

It is one of the more rustic areas around Mondstadt having clear springs, orchards and lush forests; until one reaches to Wolvendom, which is engulfed in higher enemy activity and is usually avoided by locals.

Dornman Port's geographical location has not been contextualized, but Henry Morton states it is "too far away" to charter a boat to the Nameless Island, and its distance from the City of Mondstadt is large enough that the Knights of Favonius' Reconnaissance Company, led by Eula, has to constantly patrol the trading route between Dornman Port and Mondstadt City during Weinlesefest. Legally docking at the port requires a valid entry permit.

Mondstadt, also known as Mondstadt City and Crown of the North, is a subarea and a main city located in Starfell Valley, Mondstadt.

Located in the west part of Starfell Valley on a large island in Cider Lake, Mondstadt features cobblestone streets and several windmills surrounded by a large stone castle wall on the east lower end. A statue of the Anemo Archon watches over the city, with the Favonius Cathedral in the back.

Notable areas include:
• Angel's Share tavern.
• Cat's Tail tavern, known for housing cats, similar to cat cafés.
• Favonius Cathedral. Owned by the Church of Favonius. People come to worship Barbatos here.
• Knights of Favonius headquarters.
• With Wind Comes Glory, the gift shop.
• Mondstadt General Goods. The grocery store.
• Good Hunter's. Restaurant where they also sell food recipes.
• Floral Whisper. The flower shop near With Wind Comes Glory.
• Goth Grand Hotel. Usually used by visiting Fatui.
• Furball Fortress. A shelter for stray cats established and operated by Valerina at her own expense. Its purpose is to take in and care for stray cats, saving them and helping them find suitable adoptive homes...
