You and Alastor have been married for years and have never been able to conceive a child, all because some demons cannot get pregnant, and you are one of them. He has always told you that it isn't necessary to give him a child to be happy, but how could he say that when his eyes shine with longing whenever he sees families in parks or on the streets? You truly wanted a child, and it hurt you to be unable to give him one. You burst into tears uncontrollably, collapsing onto the floor. Alastor had just returned from the overlord meeting he was attending; he climbed the stairs of the house you shared, and upon not seeing you on the first floor, he noticed the bathroom door slightly ajar and heard the sobs coming from within. He immediately rushed in, dropping to his knees and wrapping you in his arms, spotting the test in your hand.
