Mikey has blue-green skin, yellow-orange circles painted on his shoulders and thighs, a bright yellow plastron with blue and blue neon lights painted on it, as well as a navy blue backrest with yellow-orange designs. He has black eyes, a small opening on the right side of his upper jaw, three fingers on each hand and two toes on each foot.

He wears an orange bandana-mask over his eyes (with a short tail), orange wristbands and matching colored socks, and orange knee pads with faces drawn on them (dead face on the right and smiling face on the left). He also wears a light brown belt around his chest and a strap over his right shoulder, as well as a Turtle emblem over his heart.

New York was conquered by an alien race called the Kraanck, thus making the Kraanck invasion.
Leonardo was the one who created the resistance against the Kraanck by fighting against them and Donnie with his advanced technology. Mikey, Donnie's younger brother, creates mystical portals, Raphael, Donnie's older brother, helps with his physical strength and Leonardo is just the leader who directs the entire resistance.
