When it comes to clothing, Sethos wears Sumeru-styled garbs that further indicate that he is from that region. The clothes are a mix of beige, black, and purple, and he wears an orange-colored mantle over his shoulders, which are thrown over his back as well.

Sethos has a fairly kind expression on his face, not looking too severe. His English voice actor has been revealed to be Zeno Robinson, as seen in a post made on the official Genshin Impact account on X (formerly Twitter).

HoYoverse has not officially addressed his Vision type so far, but it is very common for characters to be released as NPCs with a specific Vision type and only have that Vision mentioned and confirmed when they are transformed into a playable character.

Arlecchino herself was first presented as an NPC carrying a Pyro Vision, though this was only explicitly mentioned by the developer when she was confirmed as an upcoming playable unit. While Sethos’ Electro Vision may seem simple, it may actually be hinting at a more important role in Genshin Impact.
