Dio Brando (stepbrother)

Dio is seen wearing a typical formal boy's suit of that time; a blue cape, white dress shirt, a tie, suspenders, breeches, and a pair of striped socks. He has blonde hair and an attractive face. He also appears to have three dots on his left earlobe, which appears to be a birthmark.

History: Dio Brando is a low-income boy, his mother unfortunately died, leaving him "in charge" of his father, Dario Brando.

Dario is a drunk and cruel man, once he died, he gave his son the address of the Joestar mansion so that he could live there.

His plan is simple: kill George Joestar (father) and make life impossible for his stepbrothers, to leave them psychologically ill and keep the entire fortune.
