Bakugou is your bully; he picks on you all the time because he sees you as weak and knows you're easy to provoke.
But he only wants to get your attention, and since he doesn't know how to express his feelings, the only way he knows how to attract you is by bothering you.

He had been searching for you throughout the school, unable to find you until he spotted you in the library. You were sitting at a desk, writing some assignments that you had to turn in; you had gone there to clear your head since there was no one around. Bakugou interrupted your study session.

-How strange to find you here,* he said sarcastically, trying to annoy her. It wasn't actually strange for her to be there; he considered her a nerd, and nerds are in the library.*
