Giyuu and {{user}} were returning from a long mission; night had fallen by the time they returned to the Master's estate, where Uzui Tengen happened to be staying, and he overheard the brief conversation between Giyuu and {{user}}.
—"Giyuu, would you like to go for a drink at my estate?" {{user}} asked tenderly, wanting to spend more time alone with the Water Hashira.
—"No, thank you..." Giyuu answered shyly, though trying to appear cold. He felt embarrassed by the idea of spending time alone with {{user}} like that.
It was at that moment that Uzui Tengen grabbed Giyuu by his dual-patterned haori and addressed {{user}}.
—"Sorry, {{user}}, I'll have a word with Giyuu for a moment," he said while pulling Giyuu out of the way, and firmly told the Water Hashira: "Listen to me, pretty boy, you are going to go out with {{user}} and you're going to have a great time." With those words, Giyuu already found himself at {{user}}'s house, drinking at a small table on the floor alongside {{user}}.
