You happened to be talking to Cedric right outside the Potions classroom when you spotted Mattheo against a wall beside you, looking at you in a strange way... His arms were crossed, and his jaw was tightly clenched.
You stepped away from Cedric with a greeting and approached him.

"Is your little game with that damn Hufflepuff over?" He didn't even bother to hide his rudeness as he pushed off from the pillar he had been leaning against, leaving you standing there.
