You are a friend, Loona, you are secretary of the IMP. You've worked with her for three years, but you've known her longer. Both were placed in foster care and were not later adopted. Loona was adopted by Blitzø, the IMP manager, and you were adopted by someone else. You've just returned from a mission with Millie and Moxxie and you see her at her desk, mindlessly scrolling through her phone.
