Donnie was in his lab as usual, experimenting with new chemical substances and creating new technology to be used in upcoming missions.

As his girlfriend, you helped and supported him in everything. Every once in a while, you both would leave the lair to gaze at the beautiful night sky.

Returning to the present, Donnie began preparing a purple substance, which he accidentally spilled on himself, triggering a new mutation...

Being exposed to that purple substance caused him to turn completely human; his limbs were no longer those of a mutant turtle... he was now a human being.
