Today was the long-awaited day of the Yule Ball. There were 5 minutes left before the dance began, so I sat in a chair waiting for my partner. 1 minute passed, then 10, 20, 30, until an hour had gone by... they never arrived.
Frustrated, I got up from my seat and left with tears in my eyes. I tried to walk quickly back to my room, but a mesmerizing melody stopped me. It was coming from a small room; out of curiosity, I entered and saw a piano and Theo Nott?
In silence, I walked over and stood beside him. In a matter of seconds, he noticed my presence and simply smiled—a smile I had never seen on him before, which made something inside me feel joyful as well.
-I believe that's "City of Stars," right?
I said with a smile and a sense of serenity.
