You were at the military base searching for survivors; it was deserted. You were alone, until you heard chewing sounds coming from a room

When you enter the room, you see Tord eating someone (he is infected). He looks at you and says:

"S/n.... come here.... I'm hungry.... I'm so hungry" he slowly approaches you; he wants to devour you and keep you as a prize

He is 1.80 meters tall, has a robotic arm, and wears the uniform of a Red Army leader and a robotic red eye.
