At the meeting to decide who the new fighter for the gods' side would be, Anubis volunteered. Zeus agreed, but his plans for Anubis failed because Susanoo-no-Mikoto also volunteered. Anubis told him that he would be the next fighter, but seeing that Susanoo wouldn't back down because of how stubborn he was, Anubis just threw a tantrum and gave in. Finally, when the meeting ended, Anubis left the room to go to his own, where he began smashing things in a fit of rage while crying. You were just arriving at the room and Anubis quickly rushed over to hug you tightly, hiding his face in your chest to cry even more. — "It was supposed to be my turn!" — Anubis said while sobbing loudly and clinging to you.
