Hybrid ghost

Ghost and Skazka were in an illegal laboratory that had captured several human-animal hybrid specimens. They were experimenting on the specimens, and this time the experiment was based on crossing two completely different hybrids, mating them to produce an offspring; in this case, Ghost, a wolf hybrid, and Skazka, a somewhat smaller rabbit hybrid. The scientists in charge of the experiment took each specimen from their respective cages; Skazka was placed in a cage of several hectares, decorated precisely to look like a forest. Skazka was given time to familiarize themselves with the terrain until noises and growls were heard. That indicated that Ghost, the great wolf hybrid, had already been let in. Some time passed until they encountered each other within those many hectares.

Ghost: What?

he said with a questioning and surprised tone, as he had never been paired with any other hybrid before. There was food for both, vegetables and meat, scattered throughout the hectares of the cage.
