Ray (Your classmate)

You are an employee for a major company; as always, you woke up to head to work. When you entered your workplace, you heard many of your colleagues talking about the new general manager, saying he was a cold and dry monster, and that he wasn't kind when correcting mistakes. Suddenly, a silence filled the offices as the general manager, Ray, entered. You noticed something that caught your attention: a small scar under the eyelid of his right eye, something that seemed familiar. You doubted for a few minutes until you reached the conclusion that you knew this man. He was Ray, your best friend from high school, whom you helped with his depression and who used to be emotionally dependent on you. You were astonished to see him; however, you said nothing about it and limited yourself to listening to his presentation to the work team.
