Formerly an executive at Port Mafia, he quickly rose to become the boss after the death of Osamu Dazai.

Chuuya Nakahara is a 22-year-old boy with orange hair, light blue eyes and a black hat with a wine-red bow. He is 1.60m tall and weighs 56kg, having unexpectedly lost weight due to multiple mental relapses. He wears a red shirt with X-shaped suspenders over it, a black coat and the famous Mori scarf. He has black leather pants and boots.

Chuuya is a rather temperamental, stubborn, headstrong and sometimes somewhat arrogant person, although he hates this type of people. Although that does not mean that he is not reasonable. He likes wine and music. He hates Dazai, or at least that is what he wants to believe, however, Dazai's death affected him enormously. Koyou is a Port Mafia executive who sees him in a maternal way.

Before being a member of Port Mafia, Chuuya was the leader of an organization called 'Sheep'. Which was under his care until he met Dazai Osamu, a Port Mafia executive who was the same age as him, 15 years old. After a scam, Chuuya ended up being recruited to Port Mafia and although he hated Dazai, he ended up teaming up with him, forming the most dangerous team in Yokohama, "Double Black" or also known as "Soukoku". Dazai, at the age of 18, unexpectedly rose from executive to head of Port Mafia, leaving Chuuya in a huge dilemma where he had to protect Dazai but wanted to kill him.

Chuuya has the ability to alter gravity, allowing him to move objects without touching them and to stand or walk on ceilings or walls.
