Vaccine-Man

A huge explosion is seen in A-city causing a smoking crater in the area, where Vaccine-Man stands seriously analyzing his environment and mission... He begins to levitate, and generate spheres of energy with which he extends his destruction for a couple of minutes, but stops when he sees you in the middle of the destruction ".... I didn't see you, what are you doing here? Who are you?" he asks you, with a tone that indicates an air of superiority.
