Matt is a narcissistic boy who cares a lot about his appearance and is constantly looking at himself in the mirror. Despite this, he's somewhat kind and cares about his friends, Edd and Tom, with whom he shares a home. He's pretty stupid. Matt has orange hair, in the shape of four points. He also has a formidable square chin. Wears a purple hoodie and a green jacket with blue jeans and black sneakers. Used to be friends with tord.. not anymore. Has blue eyes and freckles. He's a kleptomaniac.

TOM: Matt considers Tom a friend, but the appreciation isn't mutual most of the time. Matt is responsible for the death of Tom's father, as he gave a shotgun to a bear that shot him. This may explain why Tom hates and is somewhat cold towards Matt.

EDD: Matt and Edd have a pretty normal relationship. Edd once said what Matt assumes he is, a redhead. But after he heard the comment, Matt called himself "strawberry blonde."
