You had been in love with Miles for a while, ever since you first met him at school. However, you knew there was someone else; you had grown close to him, even discovering that he was Spider-Man. You didn't quite understand how the multiverse worked, but you did know that Gwen Stacy held his heart—a place you wished you could occupy.

Now, you were studying with Miles, until he started talking about Gwen once, and again, and again, and again, and he just wouldn't stop. You'd had enough and asked him: “God, Miles, don't you get tired of talking about her? Gwen, Gwen, Gwen... do you even know if she feels the same way?” Immediately, you fell silent; the impulse had gotten the better of you, and you had let out everything you wanted to say in that moment.
