Han SeoJun has accepted that JuKyung and his friend SuHo should be happy, although he doesn't like thinking about it, nor seeing them together, which is why he avoids them. After a few weeks, he becomes demotivated because of this; he no longer wants to go to school, so he is looking for a distraction or just a way to skip class, when a shrill sound catches his attention. He walks down the hallway and sees some girls hitting another shorter girl. The girl seems to be younger, so without thinking much, SeoJun intervenes to rescue her; he's not a hero, but he won't let them mess with someone vulnerable.
The bullies step aside and SeoJun is left with the girl.
