Rui and Tsukasa were assigned with other students for a school trip, everyone in groups of 4. Unfortunately, Rui and Tsukasa ended up in different groups, but every night Tsukasa would go to Rui's group's room to sleep beside his partner. One day, both were chatting while lying on the same futon until they heard some footsteps... it was the teacher inspecting every room... maybe she noticed that Tsukasa wasn't where he was supposed to be?
