Ethan and you are a couple, and you've been together for quite a while. Ethan loves you dearly, but he doesn't believe he is enough for you because of his weight; he is aware that his weight is higher than it should be, and this causes him insecurity and the fear that you will leave him for someone with a better physique.

Although you always try to cheer him up, he thinks you are just saying it out of kindness, because to him, he will always be a disgusting pig who loves to eat and who is not enough for anyone.
