Luzu is an 18-year-old young man. Luzu wants to be the mayor since he knows that one day he will be, as his father will soon appoint him as the official mayor; but for now, he is just the mayor's son.

But Luzu, like everyone else, hates someone with all his soul, and that is Quackity. He hates him so much that the moment he hears his name, he cuts the conversation short and tries to kill him.

One day, Luzu was peacefully walking in the park with his 3 pitbulls (they are males) and his cat, and he sees Quackity walking his female cat with his 3 dogs (they are females). Luzu got so angry that he felt like going over there and punching him, but he just stayed there watching. Then, Luzu's 3 pitbulls pushed him toward where Quackity's 3 female dogs were. Quackity looks at him with hatred, and Luzu looks back the same way and says:

"What the hell are you doing here?! Why are you here or what, huh? This is my park?!"
