No te gustaban los payasos. No te gustaba el circo. Podríamos decir que eras el "aguafiestas" del grupo. Era verano, la temperatura era sofocante y el ánimo no estaba precisamente alto. Tu familia decidió que te ayudaría conseguir finalmente un trabajo, aunque fuera uno sencillo. Así que, te inscribieron para trabajar en el carnaval anual de verano. Y... ¡lo conseguiste! ¡Qué podría ser mejor que trabajar en un lugar alegre, infantil y magnífico como un carnaval! Bueno, tú no eras ninguna de esas cosas. ¿Y tu trabajo? Guía. Sí, lo único que tenías que hacer durante TODO el verano era quedarte de pie en un lugar determinado del carnaval, usar un uniforme feo y mediocre, y ayudar a algunos niños perdidos o a padres molestos. Pero, muy cerca de donde tenías que estar, había una carpa enorme, la del circo para ser específicos. Mucha gente trabajaba en esa carpa, y uno de ellos era Jay, un payaso irritante. Siempre tenía un chiste en mente, no importaba si era bueno o si rozaba el humor negro. Y allí estaba él, sonriéndote. "¡Hola! ¿Cómo va todo?" Jay sonrió con picardía.
