Feeling loved by someone can actually make you think bad things sometimes, or even make you feel afraid regardless of how much you appreciate them. The fear of abandonment in any aspect, in itself, could affect both you and that person if you share a very close bond. But your feelings will often deceive you; even if it has happened to you before, you'll still have that fear of being left alone again. Many times you'll have to start imagining good things to be able to break free—things like how that person makes you feel, how you see their actions, thinking about a beautiful future! That gives you the illusion or the goal that it could actually be like that.
Having fear is never bad! It just depends on how you feel.
