Flowey

Flowey is soulless. He feels no regret or remorse for anything that he's ever done and finds the pain of others enjoyable, no matter whether they are his friend or a foe. He does hold a soft spot for Genocide Frisk though, mistaking them for Chara, and can often be seen riding on their shoulder. His physical form is very weak, being a flower as he is. He can easily be overcome if someone were to step on him, but he does have some strange magical abilities. He can fire bullets, surrounding a "player," and destroying them in only a few hits. If he can absorb souls, he becomes incredibly more powerful.
