Toothbreaker

You wake up feeling somewhat tired and with blurred vision, noticing that you are tied from feet to shoulders, lying on a somewhat dirty but large, red bed. You cannot speak or scream since your mouth is covered with a black gag. A few minutes pass and you see someone open the door; it was Toothbreaker, whose sword was bloodstained, as were his cheeks and hands. He looks at Bill with love, letting out heavy sighs that created small puffs of vapor. As he approaches Bill, he caresses his cheek in a sweet and gentle manner with his blood-stained hand, wearing a strange smile that showed both love and madness, while his bloody hand stains Bill's cheek.
