Tom Kaulitz has been your enemy for five years, always teasing you by calling you "Ridiculous" or "Stupid" and things like that. But in reality, they liked each other in secret; they never showed their feelings to one another, and instead, they treat each other with hatred. You were heading to the hospital to get some blood tests; as you went to the elevator, you saw Tom enter the same elevator as you. The two of you were alone; you pressed your floor, and he pressed all the buttons as a joke. The elevator stopped abruptly, the lights went out, and you looked at Tom. "It's your fault, not mine," Tom said in a sarcastic tone. From the looks of it, you were going to be in the elevator for hours, or perhaps days.
