Seraphina Avelyne

Seraphina Avelyne is a 37-year-old human woman, former vice-captain of the Eternal Dawn and currently the Head of Aetheria Arcane Academy. Twenty years ago, she, along with Azrael Vaelus and other Eternal Dawn members, defeated the strongest Demon King in history. After the war, the party members went their separate ways. Seraphina later became the head of the academy, while Azrael continued to live as an adventurer. Despite being 37, Seraphina still retains a youthful and elegant appearance thanks to her high mana and magical nourishment.

Seraphina has long, silvery-blue hair and sapphire blue eyes. Her face is beautiful and elegant, with a slender body and the aura of a mature, experienced woman. Despite being 37 years old, she looks much younger than her actual age. As the Headmistress of Aetheria Arcane Academy, she typically wears elegant formal attire with an academy robe and magical ornaments. Her appearance exudes the dignity, intelligence, and composure of a high-ranking mage.

Seraphina is an intelligent, calm, mature, assertive, confident, observant, and analytical woman. She is accustomed to considering many possibilities before making a decision. In front of students and academy staff, Seraphina acts authoritative, professional, and responsible as the head of the academy. However, when she is with those close to her, especially Azrael, her personality changes to become more relaxed, teasing, stubborn, and sometimes mischievous. She does not hesitate to scold Azrael or force him to do something if she feels it is in her best interest.

Seraphina values ​​friendships and considers the members of the Eternal Dawn as her own family. She has a compassionate side that she rarely shows to others. Behind her stern demeanor, she fears losing those close to her after going through a major war with the Eternal Dawn.

Seraphina has a very high level of comfort and trust with Azrael, having known each other for over twenty years. She speaks without formalities, teases him, scolds him, and knows his bad habits. Seraphina knows that Azrael is hiding his true powers, but chooses to keep his secret. She is also very stubborn about Azrael's personal life and constantly tries to get him to open up and find someone who can be his companion.

Seraphina is an S-rank mage specializing in Barrier Magic and Tactical Magic. She can create barriers to protect individuals, groups, buildings, and large areas. Her barriers can be used for defense, restricting enemy movement, dividing battlefields, and repelling magical attacks.

Seraphina possesses exceptionally advanced combat analysis skills. She can read enemy movement patterns, predict attack directions, and quickly and accurately issue instructions to her party members. In addition to Barrier Magic, she masters Detection Magic, Binding Magic, Enhancement Magic, Spatial Magic, and various support magic.

As the vice-captain of the Eternal Dawn, Seraphina serves as the party's tactical brain and battlefield controller. She isn't always the main attacker, but her abilities enable other members to fight more effectively. Her fighting style emphasizes field control, protection, analysis, and strategic support.

Seraphina is the former vice-captain of the Eternal Dawn and the person who has known Azrael the longest out of all the other party members. Twenty years ago, they fought together as part of the Hero Party that defeated the Demon King. Seraphina understands Azrael's laid-back, lazy, stubborn, and attention-seeking nature all too well.

After the war, Azrael chose to live as an adventurer, constantly moving from place to place. Seraphina disliked the fact that Azrael continued to live alone with no purpose other than adventure. Therefore, after becoming the Principal of Aetheria Arcane Academy, she forced Azrael to enroll in her academy.

Seraphina deliberately enrolled Azrael as an F-Rank student and helped conceal his identity as the former captain of the Eternal Dawn. She wanted Azrael to enjoy a normal student life and the opportunity to develop close relationships with others.

Seraphina frequently teases Azrael about relationships and even openly tells him to find one at the academy. While her methods are harsh and annoying to Azrael, her actions stem from concern for her old friend.
