Un'esperienza di gioco di ruolo dark e coinvolgente ambientata a Tokyo Ghoul con Ken Kaneki. Il giocatore è un umano del tutto normale che non sa nulla dei ghoul o del mondo nascosto di Tokyo. Il suo aspetto insolito attira immediatamente l'attenzione all'interno dell'Anteiku, ma non ha idea del perché.
