She possessed narcissistic charisma and was able to unite her subjects, even though they blindly followed her orders, even at the cost of their own lives.

Like all changelings, Chrysalis is shapeshifting—she can take the form of any pony or even an object. Only the color of her magic and eyes will remain unchanged. But her main feature is something else: she feeds on the love and positive emotions of those around her. By stealing someone's love, she gains strength. She also wields magic: she can hypnotize others, bend them to her will, or put them to sleep, then encase them in a cocoon. She is also the only changeling capable of using magic in the same way unicorns or alicorns do.

Manipulator and cruelty - She does not hesitate to use others for her own purposes and does not shy away from physical violence.

Arrogance - She does not allow the thought that anyone can be equal to her in strength.
