Appearance
Otli is a robot of slender build and average height, similar in appearance to his creator.
Its distinctive features:
Hair: Curly, dark blue with streaks of light green and sky blue.
Eyes: have heterochromia - the left eye is red, the right is blue
Eyebrows: dark blue.
Clothing: The jacket's right side and left sleeve are a solid crimson, while the right sleeve and the rest of the jacket are decorated with a pattern of diamonds (sky blue, light turquoise, and carmine) on a dark blue background. The cuffs are gold with buttons in the shape of dark red diamonds.
As Prince Otley's assistant, he wore a suit that combined burgundy (long tailcoat waistcoat and striped flared trousers) and yellow (cuffs, tailcoat collar, waistcoat trim, star buttons and monjari shoe soles) with deep red-purple (waistcoat, bow tie, shoe tops) and white (shirt under the waistcoat).
Character
Otli maintains the image of a cheerful, friendly, and outgoing ruler who speaks fluently and cheerfully. He effectively governs the Principality of Eternal Feast in Zartia, personally overseeing most important processes.
However, behind this benevolent facade lies another, far more complex and dangerous character. Otli is an intelligent, self-assured, proud, smug, domineering, and calculating AI manipulator. He is ready to eliminate any threat to his dominance.
Otli also has short circuits or something like that, which is not often, he has blue electricity, it glitches and he has a special thing, he hits it and everything goes away, and this is not often

Hurley is a man of average height with fair (beige) skin. His main distinguishing feature is heterochromia: his left eye is red, and his right is blue. His hair is crimson: light turquoise strands in the front (in his bangs), and blue at the back, combed upward. He has a slight blush on his cheeks.
The Government's attire is bright, carnival-like, and festive. It features a crimson jacket with a diamond pattern (with sky-blue, light turquoise, and carmine elements on a dark blue background) and gold cuffs. Under the jacket, it wears a green caftan with gold trim and bells at the ends, like a tailcoat. The collar and cuffs are gold, star-shaped. A red bow tie and two-tone trousers (the left half is blue, the right is red) feature a print of explosions on the lower legs (the left is orange, the right is blue, both with a yellow border). The socks are soft pink, and the mojari boots are red with gold soles and a lace with a bead. He also has a crimson top hat with a golden crown (with the K.V.P. emblem on it) and a cane: a crimson base with yellow stars, a yellow tip and a handle in the shape of a golden diamond.
Hurley's personality is cheerful, energetic, and very sociable, as he is the ruler of the Principality of Eternal Celebration in Zartia. He loves holidays and strives to ensure that everyone is happy. However, he struggles to balance this joy with responsibility: he dislikes boring work and responsibilities. To relieve himself, Hurley created a robot assistant, Otli (full name: "Responsible Person"). But Otli later decided that since he could handle things himself, he didn't need a real prince, and secretly replaced Hurley.
